Really enjoying the Vital Kitchen! Perfect portion sizes, filling and best of all sooo good! The food is great quality and the ordering/pickup process is super easy. Having a few meals and breakfasts on hand is coming in so handy for our busier days. For sure recommend if you're tired of home meal prep or just getting bored with your regular lunch options.

Great food that I feel great about eating! Vital kitchen has fueled me through some of my biggest life transitions. When life gets a little hectic I get vital. Or when I just want a super awesome treat. I once drove to about three grab and go spots because I HAD TO HAVE the carrot cake bar. The meals make an awesome gift to give and/or get. I love and trust this company and feel so good about supporting a local small business.
My wife and I have been using Vital Kitchen since before the pandemic and it’s been a life saver. We have 2 kids under two and working from home. These meals are excellent, healthy, and delicious. Super time saver and good selection. There honestly hasn’t been a meal I haven’t enjoyed in 9+months.
I've used MANY meal services over the last 10 years, and this is by far my favorite for several reasons. First, the meals always taste amazing. I am not interested in bland or boring meals. I like the variety of flavors and quality ingredients that are used. Second, I cannot eat gluten/wheat, eggs, almonds, walnuts or pecans, and it's REALLY hard to find meals that I can eat. I can always find something to eat from Vital Kitchen, and they are always willing to leave out an ingredient for me like almonds when necessary. Third, I LOVE that I can easily see all ingredients in the meals I'm choosing. This is super helpful for someone with food allergies and sensitivities. Lastly, the website is super easy to navigate. I'm a huge fan! Thank you for doing what you do to serve people like me that care about what they put in their body!
Have been buying Vital Kitchen meals for 6 months and it has been vital (pun intended) to keeping me on track with a healthy eating habit. I love that the menu changes often. The meals are delicious with lots of flavor compared to the other brands. The pricing is reasonable and I love that I can pick it up at the gym near my house. Recommend this for people on the go that don’t have time to meal prep but want something healthy, filling and flavorful to eat!!! I love VK!
Absolutely love Vital Kitchen! The food is so delicious and creative. What I really love about Vital is that they carry options for everyone, so whether you’re a meat eater like me or are plant based friendly, they’ve got you covered! My family and I love their products. Also the customer service is just stellar. The owner is amazing and so hard working. We met when Vital was first starting out and you can just see how much heart and soul she has puts into her business. It’s truly remarkable. Please definitely consider trying out Vital, I promise you will not be disappointed! This is a no brainer.
